The location is excellent and close to the metro station. A wide variety of food options are available nearby. The room features amenities such as a TV with satellite channels, central heating, an individual safe, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The private bathroom is clean.

I liked the place; it was fairly clean. the staff were enthusiastic and polite. Had an amazing experience staying at the deluxe triple room. Marvellous location of the hotel close to public transport. Rewritten: I really enjoyed my stay at Samir Deluxe Hotel. the place was nice and clean, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. Staying in the deluxe triple room was fantastic, and the hotel's location near public transport was perfect.

The hotel was tidy and comfortable with free Wi-Fi. This location was perfect, really close to the tram and the Blue Mosque. We got a room with bathtubs. Street view was an unexpected bonus. Cooperative staff, provided information if needed.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, all of the staff were extremely friendly and experienced, favourable location away from tourist spots. Spotless and brand-new rooms were bright with tv. I came here for 4 nights and had a real good stay...
The views were not very good.

The fresco paintings on the walls added a touch of sophistication. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it convenient for me to move around and explore.
I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive and polite towards the guests. A little more professionalism and friendliness from the staff would have made the vacation even better for senior people.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a short walk to the nearest subway station and close proximity to major attractions. The hotel also provided a baby cot for our child and had good Wi-Fi.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were part of their family. We had no complaints whatsoever.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel, with its beautiful marble columns, fresco paintings, and elegant flooring. The ambiance was so inviting and made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean, which made it a pleasure to relax and spend time in. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was fantastic for senior people like myself. The staff made sure there were ramps and elevators available, which made it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any difficulties.
I would only ask for the children working there to provide more assistance and support for elderly guests. It would be wonderful if they could offer some help with carrying luggage, guiding us to our rooms, or assisting us with any other needs that we may have during our stay.
